PRODM IT Solutions(“PRODM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a UI/UX design and web development agency based in Bangalore and Chennai, India, working remotely with clients across India and worldwide. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website (https://prodmitsolutions.com) and how we use it.

We keep data collection to a minimum. We only collect:

• Information you give us directly.When you submit our contact form, request a UX audit, or otherwise reach out, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number (if supplied), and the contents of your message or enquiry.
• Limited technical preferences.We store small browser values to remember your theme (light/dark) preference and to record whether you have dismissed our cookie notice. See “Cookies” below.

We do not use third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies, and we do not build behavioural profiles of visitors.

We use the information you provide solely to:

• respond to your enquiry, quote request, or audit request;
• communicate with you about a potential or ongoing project;
• provide the services you ask us for; and
• keep records that are reasonably necessary to run our business.

We do not send marketing emails to people who have only enquired, unless you ask us to. We will never use your details for unrelated purposes without your consent.

Form submissions on this site are delivered to us by email through Brevo, our transactional email provider, which transmits the message to our inbox. Brevo processes this data only to deliver the message to us; we do not use it for bulk marketing. You can read more about Brevo’s practices on their website.

We use only essential, first-party storage. Specifically, we store your theme preference (so the site remembers light or dark mode) and a flag that records you have seen our cookie notice. These contain no personal information and are not shared with anyone. We set no third-party, advertising, or analytics cookies.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may share information only:

• with trusted service providers who help us operate the site or deliver our services (such as our email delivery provider), and only to the extent needed to perform that function;
• where required to comply with the law, a valid legal request, or to protect our rights.

We keep enquiry and project-related information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected — to respond to you, to deliver a project, and to meet any legal or accounting obligations — after which we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see your rights below).

You can, at any time, ask us to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• correct information that is inaccurate or out of date;
• delete your information; or
• stop using your information for a particular purpose.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe and limit access to it.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
